摘要
标准物质是实验室准确定量检验工作中的重要试剂,检测值与标定值相符可以验证检测方法与检测过程的准确性与规范性,而标准物质管理不当可能会对目标物质产生影响,造成实际含量与标定值不符,从而影响检测结果的准确性。本文从检验检测机构标准物质采购、入库、使用、量值溯源、配制、期间核查、记录等环节进行分析,就如何提升检验检测机构标准物质管理提出相应措施,确保标准物质(标准溶液、参考物质)始终处于受控状态并保持完好,以防止污染或损坏,为确保检验检测结果的有效性及准确性提供参考。
The reference material is an important reagent in the accurate quantitative testing work in the laboratory.The accuracy and standardization of the test method and test process can be verified by the conformity of the test value with the calibration value.However,improper management of the reference material may affect the target substance,resulting in the inconsistency between the actual content and the calibration value,thus affecting the accuracy of the test result.This paper analyzed the procurement,storage,use,traceability,preparation,period verification and recording of standard substances in inspection and testing institutions,and put forward corresponding measures on how to improve the management of standard substances in inspection and testing institutions,so as to ensure that standard substances(standard solutions,reference substances)are always in a controlled state and remain intact,and prevent pollution or damage,and provide reference for ensuring the effectiveness and accuracy of inspection and testing results.
