吉林省朝鲜淫羊藿及其根际土壤重金属含量特征分析及健康风险评估

Analysis of heavy metal content and health risk assessment of Epimedium koreanum Nakai.and its rhizosphere soil in Jilin Province

摘要 目的分析吉林省朝鲜淫羊藿药材及其根际土壤重金属特征,评估其健康风险。方法在朝鲜淫羊藿主产区样点采集药材及其根际土壤,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定样品中铬、砷、铅、汞、镉、铜6种重金属元素含量,并进行健康风险评估。结果该区域范围内,朝鲜淫羊藿各样点土壤重金属污染程度较轻,污染源主要是镉、铬污染;各样点药材重金属污染程度较轻,安全性较好。6种重金属元素中,朝鲜淫羊藿较易受重金属镉污染,存在一定程度上的健康风险隐患。结论吉林省主产区朝鲜淫羊藿,具有重金属残留污染程度较轻,健康风险较低,安全性较好的特点。 Objective To study the heavy metal characteristics of Epimedium koreanum Nakai.and its rhizosphere soil in Jilin Province,and evaluate its health risk.Methods The herbs and rhizosphere soil were collected from the main producing areas of Epimedium koreanum Nakai..The content of chromium,arsenic,lead,mercury,cadmium and copper in samples was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer,and the health risk was assessed.Results The soil heavy metal pollution in various locations of Epimedium koreanum Nakai.in this region was relatively light,with the main sources of pollution being cadmium and chromium pollution;Except for individual samples,the overall heavy metal pollution level of herbs was relatively light,and their safety was good.Among the 6 kinds of heavy metal elements,Epimedium koreanum Nakai.was more susceptible to cadmium pollution,which posed certain health risks.Conclusion The main producing area of Epimedium koreanum Nakai.in Jilin Province has the characteristics of light heavy metal residue pollution,low health risk,and good safety.
