TBM电液双驱脱困系统的应用与思考

摘要 地质条件的不均匀和地勘成果无法完全准确,TBM的工程适应性有限,在破碎等不良地质条件下存在刀盘被卡的风险,导致施工停滞,TBM脱困系统应运而生.脱困系统主要通过增大刀盘驱动扭矩的方式,使得TBM刀盘在不良围岩下能正常转动,防止刀盘被卡,避免TBM被困.通常情况下刀盘脱困扭矩是额定扭矩的1.5倍,普遍采用电机驱动脱困.新疆某隧洞工程使用国内首台自制电液双驱脱困TBM,文章结合该TBM实际施工实例,介绍了脱困扭矩为额定驱动扭矩2倍的电液双驱脱困系统在TBM施工中的具体应用,分析了该系统在实际应用中存在的问题,并结合实际情况提出了增强脱困系统适用性的思路. Due to uneven geological conditions and incomplete accurale geological exploration results,the limited engineering adaptability of TBM makes the cutterhead in danger of being stuck under the adverse geological conditions such as broken surrounding rock,which leads to construction stagnation,so the breakout system for TBM presents in response to the proper time and conditions.By means of increasing the driving torque of the cutterhead,the breakout system makes sure TBM cutterhead can rotate normally under the poor surrounding rock,preventing the cutterhead from being stuck and the TBM from being trapped.Under normal conditions,the cutterhead breakout torque is 1.5 times as much as the rated torque,and the motor drive is generally used to get rid of breaking out.In a tunnel project in Xinjiang Province,the first homemade electro-hydraulic dual drive breakout TBM has been used.Based on the practical construction of the TBM,the author introduced the specific applicalion of the electro-hydraulic dual drive breakout system with 2 times torque of the rale,analyzed the problems existing in the practical application of the system,and put forward some mentalities to enhance the applicability on the basis of the actual situation.
