大吨位多榀主构架菱形挂篮设计及施工技术

摘要 以广西自治区崇左市崇左大桥为研究对象,针对主桥跨度大、箱梁截面宽、单节悬浇梁体重等施工技术特点,在主梁挂篮悬臂浇筑施工过程中,通过运用桥梁专用模拟软件对挂篮施工的各工况进行结构受力分析,采用驻厂监造、胎膜加工制作及智能工控行走技术,保证了崇左大桥主梁在挂篮悬臂施工过程中的安全质量,取得了良好的社会经济效益,可供类似工程参考借鉴。 With the Chongzuo Bridge in Chongzuo of Guangxi Autonomous Region,aimed at the construction technology characteristics during cantilever pouring of main beam hanging basket,such as long span,wide section of box girder and weight of single cantilever pouring girder,the structural stress analysis of each working condition of the bridge hanging basket construction was carried out by using the special simulation software of bridge.The safety and quality of the Chongzuo Bridge main girder were guaranteed in the process of hanging basket cantilever construction by using on-site supervision,membrane processing and intelligent industrial control walking technology.It has achieved good social and economic benefits,which can be used for reference in similar projects.
