摘要
语音视频同步回放是空管不安全事件调查、案例分析和管制教学的重要手段.本文介绍了云南空管分局场监自动化系统控制川大语音记录仪实现同步回放的案例,详细分析了实现的方案以及通过RCI接口回放的数据交互原理,并对回放过程中存在的问题提出改进的建议.
Synchronous playback of audio and video is an important measure of air traffic control unsafe incident investigation,case analysis and control teaching.This paper introduces a successful case that the Advanced Surface Movement Guidence and Control System of Civil Aviation Yunnan Air Traffic Control Branch controls the WiseSoft voice recorder to realize synchronous playback,and analyzes the implementation scheme and the data interaction principle of playback through the RCI interface in detail,and proposes improvement measures to the problems existing in the playback process.
