术后重症患者中心静脉压的影响因素及护理对策 被引量：2

摘要 随着医学的发展,血流动力学监测已广泛应用于临床,而中心静脉压(CVP)的监测是血流动力学监测中最常见的一种手段,应用也越来越普遍,尤其在危重患者抢救中作用更为明显.动态观察CVP的变化,有助于了解患者右心功能与静脉血管及血容量的变化情况,对术后重症患者早期输血、输液有着重要的指导意义.CVP常受许多因素影响,如静脉回流量、血容量、右心功能等.
