摘要
目的探讨脑瘫患儿的上肢功能改善措施,结合作业疗法加强治疗指导,并着重提升患儿的生活自理能力.方法选取2020年1月-2021年1月期间在我院诊治的80例脑瘫患儿为研究对象,随机数字法分为观察组和对比组,每组40例,对比组采纳常规疗法,观察组采用作业疗法,观察比较两组患者上肢功能评分、生活自理能力评分、生活质量评分以及并发症发生率.结果治疗后,在上肢功能水平的恢复上,观察组高于对比组,差异大(P<0.05);治疗后,2组生活自理能力存在差异,且观察组患儿能力高于对比组,差异大(P<0.05);治疗后,在生活质量评分中,可见观察组患儿仍然保持优势,各项维度指标高于对照组,差异大(P<0.05).结论采用将作业疗法治疗脑瘫患儿,可提高患儿上肢功能、生活自理能力、生活质量水平,预防并发症发生率,具有相对较理想的治疗效果.
Objective To explore the improvement measures of upper limb function in children with cerebral palsy,combine occupational therapy to strengthen treatment guidance,and focus on improving children's self-care ability.Methods A total of 80 children with cerebral palsy,who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2020,were randomly 2021 into the Observation Group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group,the patients in the observation group were treated with occupational therapy,and the scores of upper extremity function,self-care ability,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the recovery of upper limb function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with a big difference(P<0.05).(P<0.05);after treatment,in the quality of life score,it can be seen that the children in the observation group still maintained an advantage,and the various dimension indicators were higher than those in the control group,with a big difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Occupational therapy can improve the upper limb function,self-care ability,quality of life and prevent the incidence of complications in children with cerebral palsy.
