摘要
首先介绍了防爆相关安全装置的功能安全的基本概念.然后基于标准EN 50495-2010、IEC 60079(GB/T 3836-2013)、IEC61508(GB/T 20438-2013),对如何应用功能安全及防爆理论的相关概念来规范爆炸危险场所用安全防护装置进行了分析说明.最后,举例说明如何应用EN 50495,规范使用电气安全装置,达到消除爆炸环境用设备的潜在点燃源风险的目的.
Firstly,the basic concept of functional safety of explosion-proof safety-related devices is introduced.Then,based on standards of EN 50495-2010,IEC 60079(GB/T 3836-2013),IEC 61508(GB/T 20438-2013),how to apply the relevant concepts of functionsd safety and explosion-proof theory to specify the safety protection devices used in explosive hazardous locations is analyzed and explained.Finally,the example of applying EN 50495 to specify electric safety devices to avoid the risk of potential ignition sources in explosive atmospheres is given.
