外固定架联合抗感染活性骨治疗创伤性骨髓炎骨缺损的效果观察

摘要 目的观察外固定架联合抗感染活性骨治疗创伤性骨髓炎骨缺损的临床效果.方法将我院2016年1月至2018年1月收治的90例创伤性骨髓炎骨缺损患者分为对照组和观察组.对照组采取常规抗感染活性骨治疗,观察组采取外固定架联合抗感染活性骨治疗.对比两组患者的治疗效果.结果观察组各项症状恢复时间少于对照组,治疗有效率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论对创伤性骨髓炎骨缺损患者采取外固定架联合抗感染活性骨治疗的效果显著,可缩短症状恢复时间,降低不良反应发生率.
