摘要
针对目前城市旅游资源与用地布局不协调,以及历史文化资源的旅游潜力未得到充分挖掘的问题,本文基于城市历史文化资源保护与发展的视角,以湖南省长沙市为例,利用百度、大众点评等众多数据,从旅游六要素和历史文化资源两方面建立旅游发展潜力评价指标体系,构建旅游发展潜力模型,分析长沙市各区旅游发展潜力分布趋势,并与长沙市土地利用规划图和历史文化资源分布图进行交叉对比分析.研究发现,长沙市旅游发展潜力呈现出以历史城区为中心向外扩散的空间结构,其中以芙蓉区、天心区、开福区和雨花区交汇处的旅游发展潜力最大,其次为岳麓山片区和梅溪湖片区.旅游发展潜力分布与城市总体规划中用地布局存在三类错位现象,将导致旅游资源浪费、旅游用地利用率低等问题.对此确定长沙市旅游发展用地适宜性分区,作为调整土地利用规划的依据;同时结合历史文物资源综合价值评估,筛选历史文化资源集中、旅游发展潜力大且配套设施齐全的区域划定为重点历史文化旅游发展区,拓展历史文化资源的保护与发展方式,提升城市旅游吸引力.
At present,urban tourism resources are not in harmony with land use distribution and historical and cultural resources are not fully utilized as tourism potential.Therefore,this paper is based on the perspective of urban historical and cultural resources protection and development.Secondly,taking Changsha city of Hunan province as an example,with the data from about:blank,Dianping,and many other databases,the tourism development potential evaluation index system and the model of tourism development potential are established from two aspects of tourism six elements and the historical and cultural resources.Finally,the distribution trend of the tourism development potential of each district in Changsha is analyzed,and a cross-comparison analysis with the land use planning map and the distribution map of the historical and cultural resources in Changsha is made.It is found that Changsha’s tourism development potential presents a spatial structure with the historical city as the center spreading outwards.In the structure,the intersection of Furong district,Tianxin district,Kaifu district and Yuhua district have the most tourism development potential,followed by the Yuelu mountain district and Meixi lake district.Moreover,there are three kinds of dislocation phenomena in the distribution of tourism development potential and land use distribution in the urban master planning,which will lead to the problems such as the waste of tourism resources,the low utilization rate of tourism land,and etc.Hence,it will work as a basis for adjusting land use planning to determine the adaptive zoning of tourism development.At the same time,it will combine with the comprehensive value assessment of historical and cultural heritage resources,select areas with concentrated historical and cultural resources,great tourism development potential and complete supporting facilities to be designated as key historical and cultural tourism development areas,and expand the protection and development mode of historical and cultural resources,to enhance the attractiveness of urban tourism.
