摘要
目的:调查小学时留守儿童身份对高中学生营养与食品安全知识、态度、行为可能会有的影响。方法:以班级为单位进行随机整群抽样抽取某高级中学学生412人,用自行设计的问卷对其营养与食品安全知识、态度、行为进行调查,而后采用卡方检验对数据进行分析。结果:获得有效问卷400份,其中小学时为留守儿童的问卷有128份,小学时为非留守儿童的问卷有272份。分析发现,小学时为留守儿童组1个问题的知晓率低于小学时非留守儿童组,4个问题的知晓率高于另一组,其它15个问题的知晓率两组无差异;小学时为留守儿童组对2个问题的态度优于另一组,对另外3个问题的态度两组无差异;两组各有对2个事件的行为优于对方,而另外1个行为两组无差异。结论:小学时留守儿童身份不会对高中生的营养与食品安全知识、态度、行为产生负面影响。
Objective Investigate the influence on knowledge,attitude and behavior of high school students’nutrition and food safety when they as left-behind children in primary school.Methods A total of 412 high school students were selected by random cluster sampling on a class basis.The nutrition and food safety knowledge,attitudes and behaviors were investigated with a selfdesigned questionnaire,and then the data were analyzed by chi-square test.Results 400 valid questionnaires were obtained,of which 128 were left-behind children and 272 were non-left-behind children in primary school.It was found that the awareness rate of one problem for left-behind children in primary school was lower than that of non-left-behind children in primary school,and the awareness rate of four questions was higher than that of the other group.The awareness rate of the other 15 questions had no difference between the two groups.For the left-behind children group,the attitude toward the two questions was better than the other group and that of the other three questions had no difference between the two groups.The two groups had behaviors superior to each other for each two events,while the other one had no difference.Conclusion The status of left-behind children in primary school had no negative impact on the nutrition and food safety knowledge,attitudes,and behaviors of high school students.
