摘要
目的:探讨自我同情在中青年2型糖尿病患者社会支持与糖尿病痛苦之间的中介作用.方法:采取方便抽样的方法,从湖南省3家三级甲等医院内分泌科选取225例中青年2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用自我同情量表、社会支持评定量表、糖尿病痛苦量表进行调查.运用SPSS25.0和Process宏程序进行统计分析.结果:中青年2型糖尿病患者社会支持、自我同情、糖尿病痛苦得分分别为(38.99±5.63)分、(72.95±8.49)分、(36.28±7.39)分;其中,社会支持与糖尿病痛苦呈负相关(r=-0.619,P<0.01),社会支持与自我同情呈正相关(r=0.577,P<0.01),自我同情与糖尿病痛苦呈负相关(r=-0.591,P<0.01);自我同情在社会支持与糖尿病痛苦的关系中存在中介效应,占总效应的32.63%.结论:中青年2型糖尿病患者糖尿病痛苦处于中等水平,自我同情是中青年2型糖尿病患者社会支持和糖尿病痛苦之间的中介变量.医务人员应尝试构建基于社会支持的自我同情干预方案,以提高中青年2型糖尿病患者自我同情水平,进而减轻糖尿病痛苦.
Objective To explore the mediating effect of self-compassion between social support and diabetes distress in young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 225 young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes from the endocrinology wards of 3 comprehensive tertiary hospitals in Hunan were recruited by convenience sampling.The questionnaires include Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),Self-Compassion Scale(SCS),and Diabetes Distress Scale(DDS).SPSS25.0 and Process macro programs were used for statistical analysis.Results The scores of social support,self-compassion,and diabetes distress in young and middle-aged type 2 diabetes patients were(38.99±5.63),(72.95±8.49),and(36.28±7.39)respectively.Social support was negatively correlated with diabetes distress(r=-0.619,P<0.01)but positively correlated with self-compassion(r=0.577,P<0.01);self-compassion was negatively correlated with diabetes distress(r=-0.591,P<0.01).Self-compassion was the mediating variable of social support and diabetes distress,and the mediating effect accounted for 32.63%of the total effect.Conclusion Diabetes distress in young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes was in the middle.Self-compassion is an intermediate variable between social support and diabetes distress in young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes.Healthcare professionals should attempt to construct social support-based self-compassion intervention programs young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes,so as to improve their level of self-compassion and thereby reduce their diabetes distress.
