摘要
贵州省高原山地居多,茶产业别具特色。随着乡村振兴战略的实施,贵州茶产业市场和发展得到了一定的提升,但贵州茶叶在市场中产品影响力较为薄弱,与区外的茶产业竞争对手仍有较大差距。为了加快贵州省茶产业发展,缩小区外竞争差距,文章通过分析乡村振兴背景下贵州茶产业在政治、经济、社会、技术环境中所面临的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战,构建贵州茶产业的SWOT-PEST矩阵,并针对优势机遇提出积极推进性战略,针对劣势威胁提出创新转变性战略,以期提供理论依据并促进贵州茶产业发展。
Guizhou Province is dominated by plateau and mountainous areas,and the tea industry has its own characteristics.With the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the market and development of Guizhou tea industry have been improved to a certain extent,but the product influence of Guizhou tea in the market is relatively weak,and there is still a large gap with the tea industry competitors outside the region.In order to speed up the development of the tea industry in Guizhou Province and narrow the competition gap outside the region,by analyzing the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges faced by the tea industry in Guizhou in the context of rural revitalization in the political,economic,social and technical environment,a SWOT-PEST matrix of the tea industry in Guizhou is constructed,and put forward proactive strategies for advantageous opportunities and innovative transformational strategies for disadvantaged threats,in order to provide theoretical basis and promote the development of Guizhou tea industry.
