摘要
螺栓联接通过被连接件间的夹紧力使两个或多个被连接件紧密贴合;支承面摩擦系数和螺纹摩擦系数是影响夹紧力的两个重要因素;本文以某大型起重机回转支承高强螺栓装配工艺为研究对象,先通过理论分析安装扭矩、摩擦系数、扭矩系数及夹紧力之间的关系,再通过仅螺纹润滑与螺纹、支承面全润滑状态下的拧紧对比试验,最终说明,润滑状态对紧固件安装的可靠性、扭矩系数与摩擦系数的离散度影响很大,全润滑状态下的摩擦系数、扭矩系数的离散度更小,螺栓联接的稳定性和可靠性更高。
The bolt fastening refers to that the clamp force among the connecting parts make two or several connecting parts closely fitted.Two important factors affecting the clamp force are the bearing surface friction coefficient and the bearing surface friction coefficient.Taking the high-strength bolt assembly technology of slewing bearing of some large crane for research object,this thesis firstly analyses the relationship among the mounting torque,the friction coefficient,the friction coefficient and the clamp force in theory,and then compares with two tightening tests.One tightening test only lubricates the screw threads and the other one lubricates both the screw threads and the bearing surface.Finally,make a conclusion that the lubrication condition has great influence on the reliability of fastener installation as well as the consistency between the torque coefficient and the friction coefficient.Under the full lubrication condition,the dispersion of the friction coefficient and the torque coefficient become smaller,and the stability and reliability of the bolt fastening become higher.
