摘要
沸石作为一种优异的吸附材料被应用于印染废水以及重金属离子等废水处理和放射性元素的吸附,但目前存在易流失、难回收、操作困难等问题,妨碍了沸石的工业化应用。本文通过原位水热合成法在自制的凹凸棒石(ATP)基支撑体表面成功合成A型沸石膜,可以有效地解决沸石吸附剂与产物分离困难的问题。通过对支撑体表面的A型沸石进行吸附实验,结果表明:A型沸石对中性红(NR)的吸附是自发的吸热过程,反应符合准二级动力学模型。
As an excellent adsorption material,zeolite is used in printing and dyeing wastewater and heavy metal ions and other wastewater treatment and the adsorption of radioactive elements.However,it is easy to lose,difficult to recycle,and difficult to operate,which hinders the industrial application of zeolite.In this paper,A-type zeolite membrane was successfully synthesized on the surface of self-made attapulgite(ATP)-based support by in-situ hydrothermal synthesis method,which can effectively solve the separation of zeolite adsorbent and product Difficult question.The dye adsorption experiment on A-type zeolite on the surface of the support shows that the adsorption of neutral red(NR)by A-type zeolite is a spontaneous endothermic process,and the reaction conforms to the quasi-second-order kinetic model.
