摘要
深化新时代高校思想政治工作评价改革,必须把握其本质任务是立德树人评价,其基本特征是更高质量评价。同时,以高校现有各级各类评价活动在目标整合、主体协同、机制完善、方法创新、价值提升等方面存在的问题为导向,进一步优化高校思想政治工作评价改革的策略选择,包括明确从制度到能力的评价理念、规范从分散到整合的评价机制、完善从规定到自主的评价标准、创新从传统到现代的评价方法等。
To deepen the evaluation reform of ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the new era,we must focus on its essential task that is to foster virtue through education,and its basic feature is higher quality evaluation.At the same time,guided by the existing problems of all kinds of evaluation activities at all levels in colleges and universities in the aspects of goal integration,subject collaboration,mechanism improvement,method innovation and value promotion,further optimize the strategic choice of ideological and political work evaluation reform in colleges and universities,including clarifying the evaluation concept from system to ability,standardizing the evaluation mechanism from decentralization to integration,and improving the evaluation mechanism from regulation to autonomy,and innovate the evaluation methods from tradition to modern,etc.
