糖基化终末产物与糖尿病微血管病变的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 糖基化终末产物(advanced glycation end products,AGEs)是还原单糖与蛋白质等大分子物质结合生成的不可逆聚合物,其主要结构成分包括羧甲基赖氨酸、吡咯素、戊糖苷素等。AGEs对糖尿病微血管病变诸如糖尿病视网膜病变、糖尿病心肌病变、糖尿病肾脏疾病等的影响主要通过内源性和外源性这两种途径来发挥生物学效应,进一步了解糖基化终末产物的形成、代谢和致病机制,对于探索糖尿病微血管并发症的发生发展,干预与防治都有重要的意义。笔者就相关的研究成果进行综述。 Advanced glycation end products(AGEs)are irreversible polymers formed by the combination of reduced monosaccharides with macromolecules such as proteins.And its main structural components include carboxy methyl lysine,pyrraline,pentosidine,etc.The effects of AGEs on diabetic microangiopathy,such as diabetic retinopathy,diabetic cardiomyopathy and diabetic kidney disease,are mainly through endogenous and exogenous pathways to play the biological effects.Therefore,further understanding of the formation,metabolism and pathogenic mechanism of AGEs is of great significance to explore the occurrence,development,intervention,and prevention&treatment of diabetic microvascular complications.The authors have reviewed the related research achievements in this paper.
