摘要
目的:探讨丹参注射液联合阿替普酶对脑梗死患者的治疗效果。方法:选择在我院进行治疗的100例脑梗死患者随机分为两组,每组各50例。对照组给予常规治疗+阿替普酶治疗,观察组给予常规治疗+丹参注射液+阿替普酶治疗,分析丹参注射液联合阿替普酶对脑梗死患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组脑血管阻力(R)低于对照组,平均流速(Vmean)高于对照组,神经营养因子(NTF)与神经生长因子(NGF)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹参注射液联合阿替普酶可改善脑梗死患者脑血流动力学及神经细胞因子水平。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of Danshen injection combined with alteplase on patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:100 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital were randomized into two groups,each with 50 cases.Patients in the control group were given routine treatment plus alteplase,while patients in the observation group adopted routine treatment plus Danshen injection and alteplase.Then the cerebral hemodynamics and neurocytokines were compared between the two groups so as to analyze the therapeutic effect of Danshen injection combined with alteplase on patients with cerebral infarction.Results:After treatment,the cerebral vascular resistance(R)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the mean velocity(Vmean)was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of neurotrophic factor(NTF)and nerve growth factor(NGF)were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Danshen injection combined with alteplase can improve cerebral hemodynamics and neurocytokine level in patients with cerebral infarction.
