摘要
目的:探讨甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗老年2型糖尿病的疗效。方法:2型糖尿病老年患者120例,随机分为基础组和联合组,每组60例。基础组用甘精胰岛素治疗,联合组采用甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的血糖及氧化应激指标。结果:治疗3月后,两组FPG、2hPG和HbA1c水平显著降低,但联合组患者低于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组NO、SOD水平降低,MDA水平升高,且联合组改善程度优于基础组(P<0.05)。结论:甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗老年2型糖尿病效果更好。
Objective:To investigate the effect of insulin glargine combined with acarbose in the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:120 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.The basic group was treated with insulin glargine,while the combined group was treated with insulin glargine combined with acarbose.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the levels of FPG,2 hPG and HbA1 c in the two groups were significantly decreased,and these levels of the combined group was lower than those of the basic group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of no and SOD in the two groups decreased,and the level of MDA increased,and the improvement degree of the combined group was better than that of the basic group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Insulin glargine combined with acarbose is more effective in the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes.
