摘要
目的:探讨营养风险筛查评估表(NRS)评估下的膳食营养对妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇的干预效果。方法:选取2018年7月至2019年7月就诊的89例妊娠期糖尿病患者,按照随机法分为两组。对照组给予产前教育及管理,观察组在对照组的基础上引入NRS评估指导下的膳食营养干预。观察糖代谢、脂代谢及分娩结局。结果:干预后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平以及TC、TG、LDL-C水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),HDL-C高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组剖宫产率为11.11%,低于对照组29.55%(P<0.05)。结论:NRS评估下的膳食营养干预能有效改善妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇的糖、脂代谢及分娩结局。
Objective:To discuss the intervention effect of dietary nutrition under the guidance of nutrition risk screening(NRS)on pregnant women with gestational diabetes.Methods:89 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus undergoing treatment from July of 2018 to July of 2019 were randomized into 2 groups.The control group were given prenatal education and management,and the observation group were introduced with dietary nutrition intervention guided by NRS assessment on the basis of the control group.The glucose metabolism,lipid metabolism and childbirth outcome were compared between patients in both groups.Results:After intervention,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,TC,TG and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),HDL-C level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);and the rate of cesarean section in the observation group was 11.11%,which was lower than 29.55 in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dietary nutrition intervention guided by NRS assessment can effectively improve the glucose and lipid metabolism of pregnant women with gestational diabetes and their outcome of childbirth as well.
