摘要
目的探讨黄连降糖方治疗热盛津伤型消渴病的药理学研究。方法选择2017年11月—2018年10月接受治疗的78例热盛津伤型消渴病患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各39例。2组均给予糖尿病基础治疗,观察组在此基础上加用黄连降糖方,比较2组临床血糖、血脂指标及中医证候积分。结果观察组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、血脂总胆固醇、三酰甘油均低于对照组,多食易饥、口渴喜饮、小便频多、心烦多汗的证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄连降糖方可降低患者血糖、血脂,改善中医证候。
Objective To investigate the pharmacological study of Huanglian Jiangtang recipe in treating consumptive thirst of consumption of fluid due to intense heat.Methods A total of 78 patients with consumptive thirst of consumption of fluid due to intense heat that were treated in our hospital from November 2008 to October 1818 were enrolled.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group.The two groups were given basic treatment.The observation group added Huanglian Jiangtang recipe on the basis of this.The clinical blood glucose,blood lipid index and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,total cholesterol,and triglyceride of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The syndrome scores of eating more hunger,thirst,drinking,frequent urination,and upset and sweating of the observation group were lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huanglian Jiangtang recipe can reduce blood sugar and blood lipids and improve TCM syndromes.
