可回收玻璃品种对于玻璃陶瓷力学性能影响

Effect of Recyclable Glass Varieties on the Mechanical Properties of Glass-Ceramics

摘要 本文以白窗玻璃、白瓶玻璃、绿瓶玻璃为原料,通过添加不同含量氟云母,采用低温反应析晶烧结法制备白窗、白瓶及绿瓶玻璃陶瓷。使用X射线衍射分析仪、扫描电镜、抗折仪对其进行表征,考察不同玻璃种类对玻璃陶瓷力学性能的影响。结果表明:添加10%氟云母时,玻璃陶瓷发生明显的收缩变形,当添加量高于20%时,制得的玻璃陶瓷表面较为平整。三种玻璃陶瓷主晶相均为氟闪石,次晶相为透辉石。随着氟云母含量的增加,析出晶体的衍射峰数量和强度随之增加。析出的晶体为杆状,当氟云母含量较高时,析出的晶体会超过玻璃基质平面,甚至会引起玻璃基质产生孔洞。制得的白窗玻璃陶瓷最大断裂模数为22.31 MPa,白瓶玻璃陶瓷最大断裂模数为32.92 MPa,绿瓶玻璃陶瓷最大断裂模数为52.80 MPa,其中绿瓶玻璃陶瓷力学性能最佳。 This article uses white window glass,white bottle glass and green bottle glass as raw materials,and uses low-temperature reaction crystallization sintering method to prepare white window,white bottle and green bottle glass-ceramics by adding different contents of fluoromica.Characterize it using X-ray diffraction analyzer,scanning electron microscope and bending tester to investigate the influence of different glass types on the mechanical properties of glass-ceramics.The results show that when 10%fluoromica is added,significant shrinkage deformation occurs in the glass-ceramics.When the addition amount is higher than 20%,the surface of the glass-ceramics produced is relatively flat.The main crystal phase of the three kinds of glass-ceramics is fluoramphibole and the secondary crystal phase is diopside.As the content of fluoromica increases,the number and intensity of diffraction peaks in the precipitated crystals also increase.The precipitated crystals are rod-shaped,and when the content of fluoromica is high,the precipitated crystals will exceed the plane of the glass matrix,and even cause pores to form in the glass matrix.The maximum fracture modulus of the produced white window glass-ceramics is 22.31 MPa,the maximum fracture modulus of the white bottle glas-ceramics is 32.92 MPa and the maximum fracture modulus of the green bottle glass-ceramics is 52.80 MPa.Among them,the mechanical properties of the green bottle glass-ceramics are the best.
