摘要
中缅边境有空运口岸1个,公路口岸11个,全部分布在云南省。从口岸类型来说,中缅边境口岸类型单一,目前没有铁路口岸及水运口岸;从口岸分布上看,中缅边境口岸空间分布不平衡;从口岸功能来说,中缅边境口岸通关功能强,管控功能弱;从口岸效果上看,中缅边境口岸没有形成辐射沿边地区的产业和文化优势。具体发展建议有着力加强中缅边境空运口岸、铁路口岸建设;提升中缅边境部分国家二类口岸成为国家一类口岸;既重视经贸发展、也注重中缅边境口岸的文化交流和推动中缅边境经济合作区建设。
At present, there are no railway ports and water ports along the border between China and Myanmar. There are 1 air port and 11 highway ports, all of which are distributed in Yunnan Province. In terms of port type, it is not diversified;from the point of view of port distribution, it is unbalanced;in terms of port function, the port clearance function of China Myanmar border port is efficient, but the administrative control function is weak;from the perspective of port opening effect, China Myanmar border port does not produce industrial and cultural advantages influencing the border areas.The specific development suggestions are to strengthen the construction of air ports and railway ports on the Sino-Myanmar border;to upgrade the class II ports into the first-class ports of the state;to attach importance to the economic and trade development while to the cultural exchange between the Sino-Myanmar border ports so as to promote the construction of the Sino-Myanmar border economic cooperation zone.
