摘要
目的:分析IgA肾病患者的临床表现及中医证候相关性。方法:选取2017年11月~2019年5月我院IgA肾病患者61例(均经肾穿刺活组织检查结果证实为IgA肾病),采用我院自制《IgA肾病患者资料调查表》收集患者年龄、性别、临床表现、中医证候等信息,并进行对比分析。结果:年龄段及中医证候类型之间的差异有统计学意义,患者多处于50岁以下,中医证候类型多为虚证,尤以脾肾阳虚最为常见(P<0.05);临床表现以尿血、肾性蛋白尿及肾功能不全为主(P<0.05);结论:IgA肾病患者年龄多处于50岁以下,多存在尿血、肾性蛋白尿及肾功能不全临床表现,中医证候类型多为虚证,尤以脾肾阳虚最为常见,临床应结合患者临床表现、中医证候类型制定最佳治疗方案,提高临床效果。
Objective:To investigate the clinical manifestations and their correlation with TCM syndrome among patients with IgA nephropathy.Methods:A total of 61 patients with IgA nephropathy comfirmed by renal biopsy in our hospital between November 2017 and May 2019 were included in this study.Using a self-developed questionnaire,the patients were recorded,analyzed and compared for age,gender,clinical manifestations,and TCM syndromes.Results:The differences in age and TCM syndrome were not statistically significant among these patients.Majority of the patients were under 50 years old,with deficiency-typed TCM syndrome predominated by spleen-kidney Yang deficiency(P<0.05).The clinical manifestations were mainly hematuria,renal proteinuria and renal insufficiency(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with IgA nephropathy are mostly under 50 years old,and in most of times,present clinical manifestations such as hematuria,renal proteinuria and renal insufficiency.By TCM syndrome types,IgA nephropathy mostly features deficiency syndrome predominated by spleen-kidney Yang deficiency.In clinical settings,treatment protocols should be optimally determined with clinical manifestations and TCM syndrome taken into consideration,so as to improve the outcomes of the patients.
