摘要
随着城市地下工程的大规模开发与利用,新建地下工程近接既有地上建筑施工的现象不可避免,故分析地下工程开挖施工过程对既有建筑及周围土体的影响至关重要,以保证基坑开挖的施工安全及既有建筑的稳定性。本文依托铜陵市地下人防商业街工程,结合明挖法施工现场监测结果,分析地下工程施工对周围土体和既有地上建筑及支护结构的影响,如地表沉降、既有建筑沉降和支护排桩水平位移等,并根据明挖法施工过程建立有限元数值模型与实际监测数据对比,总结地下工程近接施工影响规律及影响因素关系,可为类似的地下工程近接施工提供参考和借鉴。
With the large-scale development and utilization of underground engineering,the phenomenon of the new underground engineering near the existing ground buildings will be met inevitably.Therefore,it is important to analyze the impact of the underground construction excavation process on the adjacent buildings and surrounding soil to ensure the construction safety of underground excavation and the stability of the adjacent buildings.This paper analyzes the impact of underground excavation on surrounding soil and existing above-ground buildings and supported structures,such as ground settlement,settlement of adjacent buildings,horizontal displacement of the contiguous piles and so on,combined with the results of field monitoring with cut and cover method and based on the background of the underground civil air defense commercial street project in Tongling City.Furthermore,the construction process of underground excavation is simulated by finite element software,and the numerical results and the monitoring data are compared and analyzed.Then,the influence of underground adjacent construction and influence parameters are summarized,which can provide reference for similar approaching construction.
