摘要
院随着现代信息技术的不断发展,"互联网+"在高职院校档案管理中的作用越来越重要,如何高效利用"互联网+"来进行高职院校智慧档案的建设,是目前迫切需要解决的问题,它的解决能帮助高职院校建立智慧档案管理系统,有效提升高职院校档案管理服务能力。本文从整合优化资源,建立强大的档案管理系统;充分利用人工智能技术,实现档案的智能查阅;建立移动终端公共服务系统平台;培养高素质的档案管理人员四个方面入手,探究建设高职院校智慧档案管理系统。
With the continuous development of modern information technology,the role of"Internet+"in the archives management of higher vocational colleges is becoming more and more important.How to make efficient use of"Internet+"to build intelligent archives in higher vocational colleges is an urgent problem to be solved.Its solution can help vocational colleges establish intelligent archives management system and effectively enhance the archives management service ability of higher vocational colleges.In this paper,from the integration and optimization of resources,the establishment of a strong archives management system;the full use of artificial intelligence technology to achieve intelligent access to archives;the establishment of mobile terminal public service system platform;the cultivation of high-quality archives management personnel four aspects to explore the construction of intelligent archives management system in higher vocational colleges.
