摘要
基于专利数据从专利申请动向、专利权国家分布和专利技术生命周期3个维度对深海潜水器的技术发展现状进行分析,通过专利权人技术聚焦分析其专利技术构成,并结合专利文本分析深海潜水器关键技术发展趋势。研究表明:在专利申请方面,中国与全球实现同步发展,呈现快速增长趋势;该领域的专利技术正处于技术成长期,全球专利申请主要集中在水下导航与通信、路径规划与安全避障以及潜水器总体设计3个方面,且仍有较大的技术发展空间。其中,水下导航与通信技术主要围绕提高导航精度与通信可靠性2个方面进行发展;路径规划与安全避障技术以环境建模与优化搜索、实时动态避障为研发热点,重点解决最优性、可行性和实时性问题;潜水器的总体设计以缩短潜浮时间、提高水下作业时间和续航能力为目的进行研发。
The technical development status of deep-sea submersibles is analyzed based on patent data from three dimensions of patent application trends,patent rights national distribution and patent technology life cycle.Through the patent owner’s technology focus analysis of its patent technology composition,combined with the patent text,the development trend of key technology of deep-sea submersibles is analyzed.The research shows that in terms of patent applications,China has achieved simultaneous development with the world,showing a rapid growth trend;patented technologies in this field are in the technological growth stage,and global patent applications mainly focus on three aspects such as underwater navigation and communication,path planning and safe obstacle avoidance,and overall design of the submersible,and there is still much room for technological development.Among them,underwater navigation and communication technologies are mainly developed around improving navigation accuracy and communication reliability;path planning and safe obstacle avoidance technologies focus on environmental modeling,optimization search and real-time dynamic obstacle avoidance as the hot topics of study and development,focusing on solving optimality,feasibility and real-time issues;the overall design of the submersible is researched and developed for the purpose of shortening the diving time,improving the underwater operation time and endurance.
