基于模糊决策的锚泊定位系统张力分配优化

摘要 锚泊系统张力场分布的优化往往忽视单根锚链受力。为减小锚链的受力强度,同时维护张力场分布均匀程度,提出一种基于遗传算法随机性的决策集合生成方法,并结合广义q-ROF-TODIM决策法形成模糊决策策略。通过分析锚链顶端水平张力均值和张力场分布均匀程度均值随决策指标权重的变化确定指标权重,以基于改进降维遗传算法的张力分配策略为对象,对比分析优化前后锚链顶端水平张力和受力均匀程度时程。结果表明,经模糊决策方法优化的张力分配策略在合理偏好权重下能有效降低单根锚链的顶端受力强度,同时维护锚链张力场分布的平衡性,进而确保锚泊定位系统的安全可靠。研究结论可为锚泊定位控制系统优化设计提供参考。 The optimization for allocation of the tension fields often neglects the stress intensity on individual chain.For the reduction of stress intensity to each chain and the maintenance of uniformity of tension fields,a decision-set-generating method is proposed based on the randomness of genetic algorithm,and a fuzzy decision scheme is formed by using the generalized q-ROF-TODIM method.The index weights are determined by analyzing the mean value of horizontal components at the top of anchor chains and the uniformity of tension fields with the variety of weights.Taking it to the concern based on the modified dimensionality reduction genetic algorithm,the time history is compared and analyzed of horizontal components and uniformity of fields before and after.The results show that the scheme effectively reduces the stress intensity at top of each chain optimized by the fuzzy decision-making method under given index weights,with allocation uniformity of tension fields maintained.Thus,it ensures the positioning mooring system is safe and reliable.The conclusions provide some references for the optimal design of positioning mooring control system.
