摘要
对浮箱进行结构优化可减轻结构自重以提高有效载重量,从而能够满足更大吨位的载重要求,改善经济性。针对浮箱的板梁结构形式特点,采用综合应用双向渐进结构优化(BESO)和响应面法(RSM)方法的多层次结构优化设计方法,进行浮箱结构优化设计,涵盖尺度优化、拓扑优化和截面优化3个层次。该方法的核心是使用BESO方法从基结构中获得优化解。在尺度优化层次,根据不同的主要尺度参数建立相应的基结构模型,应用BESO法得到相应优化解,并建立响应面模型进行尺度优化求解。在拓扑优化层次,根据最优尺度参数重新建立基结构模型调用BESO法求解,得到最优拓扑。由于最优拓扑解存在锯齿边,在截面优化层次需要对各截面进行光滑处理。将光滑处理问题转化为对截面参数的求解,建立截面参数与优化目标的响应面模型,最终确定各截面形状。通过某浮箱的结构优化设计实例,验证了多层次结构优化设计方法的可行性和有效性。
Pontoon structure optimization can reduce the structural weight and enlarge the effective load,which can meet the requirement of the larger loading capacity and improve the economy.A multi-level structure optimization based on the bi-directional evolutionary structural optimization(BESO)method and the response surface method(RSM)is proposed to proceed pontoon structure optimization,which covers three optimization levels,as dimension optimization,topology optimization and section optimization.The kernel optimization procedure(KOP)of the method is using BESO to obtain the optimal topology from a ground structure.In the dimension optimization level,many structural models are generated based on different dimensional parameters.According to the corresponding optimization solutions obtained by using BESO,the RSM is created to obtain the optimal dimension parameters.In the topology optimization level,the ground structure is reconstructed by using BESO on the basis of optimal dimension parameters,and then the optimal topology could be obtained.Because there are jagged edges in the optimal topology solution,each section needs to be smoothed at the section optimization level.The smoothing problem is transformed into the solution of section parameters,the response surface model of section parameters and optimization objectives is established,and the shape of each section is finally determined.Through the structural optimization design example of a floating tank,the feasibility and effectiveness of the multi-level structural optimization design method are verified.
