摘要
随着改革开放的深入及乡村社会经济的发展,乡村社会的价值观念日益多元,对党加强在农村基层的意识形态整合带来了诸多挑战。立足传统宗祠建设文化礼堂的实践,基层党组织通过空间重构、价值嵌入和党建引领等途径,重塑文化礼堂的价值导向功能,构建党建引领文化礼堂的共建共治共享,实现传统宗祠的创造性转化和创新性发展。事实上,文化礼堂融合了公共文化空间和公共生活空间,具有传承传统文化、弘扬主流价值、传播先进文化等功能,成为基层党组织嵌入、引导与形塑社会价值观念的重要载体。这种社会治理艺术也弥合了现代与传统、政党与社会之间的张力,反映出政党以其主导的意识形态在公共文化领域对多元价值观念的引导与整合。不过,由于宗祠和文化礼堂所提倡和追求的价值取向仍然存在较大区别,宗祠在传统社会观念中根深蒂固,从封闭性、私域性和排外性的宗族祠堂到开放性、公共性和融合性的文化礼堂的转变,仍然需要一个长期的适应过程。
With the deepening of reform and opening up and the development of rural social economy,the values of rural society are increasingly diverse,which brings many challenges to the Party's ideological integration at the rural grassroots level.Based on the practice of building cultural halls in traditional ancestral halls,grass-roots party organizations have reshaped the value-oriented function of cultural halls by means of space reconstruction,value embedding and party building guidance,and built a model of party building leading to co-construction,co-governance and sharing.This model not only realizes the creative transformation and innovative development of the traditional ancestral hall,and makes the cultural auditorium an important carrier for grassroots party organizations to guide rural social values,but also plays an important role in strengthening the integration of the party's values in rural society,bridging the tension between modernity and tradition,and between political parties and society.However,because the values advocated and pursued by ancestral halls and cultural halls are still quite different,and ancestral halls are deeply rooted in traditional social concepts,the transformation from closed,private and exclusive ancestral halls to open,public and integrated cultural halls still needs a long-term gradual adaptation process.
