摘要
在分析供给侧改革与保险业发展的关系基础上,以皖江城市带保险业发展为研究对象,通过引入保费收入、保险密度和保险深度三个指标,分析皖江城市带保险业发展现状,找出了其存在着非车险业务发展缺乏活力、人身险产品重储蓄理财轻保障、保险服务能力尚显薄弱以及缺乏高素质的专业人才等问题,提出了抓住供给侧改革的机遇,健全保险市场体系;顺应形势,注重保险产品创新;提升保险服务水平以及重视保险教育、加大保险人才队伍建设的建议。
Based on the analysis to the relationship between supply-side reform and insurance industry development,this paper takes the development of insurance industry in Wanjiang City Belt as the research object,and analyzes the development status of its insurance industry by introducing three indicators:insurance premium,insurance density and insurance depth.It has identified some problems such as the lack of vitality in the development of non-auto insurance businesses,the focus on savings and financial management in personal insurance products,the lightness in insurance guarantee,the weakness in insurance service,and the lack of high-quality professionals.It has proposed some countermeasures such as to seize the opportunity of reform on the supply side,perfect the insurance market system,follow the situation,pay attention to insurance products innovation;improve insurance service level,pay attention to insurance education,and increase the construction to insurance talents team.
