摘要
产教研融合是地方应用型高校实施本科教育与人才培养、专业建设与产业发展、教师成长与高效服务地方建设的重要途径。分析地方高校在提高实践课程效果、深化服务地方、加强科研合作方面存在的问题,创新校—人—企深度融合机制,深化专业应用性建设和人才培养模式改革,探索校企共建共享的实训平台,对资源勘查工程专业人才培养供给侧改革,满足地质产业转型发展需求,为推动高质量发展和振兴吉林提供科技与人才支撑。
The integration of industry-university-research is an important way for local application-oriented universities,such as the implement of undergraduate education and talent training,specialty construction and industrial development,teacher development and serving for local construction efficiently.In this article,the issues of local universities in improving the effect of practical courses are analyzed,with deepening local services and strengthening cooperation of scientific research.There are construction problems in innovating the deep integration mechanism among university-student-enterprise,deepening the construction of professional application and the reform of talent training mode,and exploring the co-construction and sharing training platform of school and enterprise,which provides the scientific and talent supports to promote the supply side reform of talent training in specialty of resource exploration engineering,satisfy requirements of the transformation and development of geological industry,and promote the high quality development and revitalization of Jilin Province.
