摘要
随着以城市群或都市圈为代表的区域一体化发展战略的不断深入,提升区域城市能级促进区域协调发展愈发重要。运用极值法与熵值法构建中心城市能级综合评价指标体系,对福建省9地市城市能级进行测度,标准化反映各中心城市的经济质量、创新能力、开放程度和支撑水平,结果表明各中心城市能级差异较大,内部能级不相协调,经济能级两极分化特征突出,据此提出提升福建省中心城市能级的对策建议。
With the continuous deepening to the regional integration development strategy represented by urban agglomerations or metropolitan circles,it is more and more important to enhance the energy level of regional cities to promote coordinated regional development.The research uses the extreme value method and the entropy value method to construct a comprehensive evaluation index system for the energy level of central cities,measures the urban energy levels of 9 cities in Fujian Province in China,and standardizes the economic quality,innovation ability,openness and support level of each central city.The analysis results show that the energy level of central cities is quite different,the internal energy levels are not coordinated,and the polarization of economic energy levels is prominent.Based on this,some countermeasure recommendations are proposed to improve the energy level of central cities in Fujian Province.
