摘要
地理国情监测是顺应国家战略需求发展起来的多领域交叉融合新型学科,对地理国情监测专业创新型人才的培养模式探索至关重要。针对武汉大学地理国情监测专业的特点和优势,从人才培养目标、培养方案、课程体系、师资队伍、教学方式、教学平台、课程思政、评价激励机制8个方面探讨了创新型人才培养模式综合改革的思路与设计过程,并在近十年的实际专业建设中对该模式进行了探索与实践。
Geographical conditions monitoring is a newly emerged interdisciplinary field in accordance with the national strategic needs.It is very important to explore the cultivation mode of innovative talents for geographical conditions monitoring major.In view of the characteristics and advantages of geographical conditions monitoring discipline in Wuhan University,we discuss the concept and design process of the comprehensive reform of innovative talent cultivation mode from eight aspects,including talent cultivation target,cultivation program,curriculum system,teaching staff,teaching method,teaching platform,curriculum ideology and politics,evaluation and incentive mechanism.In the past ten years,this model has been explored and practiced.
