摘要
健康建筑作为绿色建筑的高级阶段和建筑性能的有效实现途径,在现代医学发展与社会文明进步的大环境中,将逐步在未来建筑的发展路径中成为必不可少的一部分。特别在健康中国战略和后疫情时代背景下,人居建筑的健康性能尤为深刻地步入大众视野,健康建筑的内涵特征也随之呈现出多元化特点。文章由健康建筑发展脉络及涵义辨析切入,以CiteSpace为工具对CNKI及WOS数据库中健康建筑相关文献进行分析研究,客观梳理出国内外学者在健康建筑领域相关研究的科学知识图谱,进而发掘近年来健康建筑领域关键问题的演变规律,提炼总结出现阶段健康建筑研究领域的几个重要问题,发现当前健康建筑研究主要集中在标准对比解读、室内环境对生理健康影响,以及如何降低环境对健康的负面影响等方面;而在未来研究中,健康建筑精细化及个性化研究将成为重点,如研究不同建筑类型的特殊健康要求、不同年龄段人群对于健康的特殊需求、由降低环境负面影响到促进健康正面影响等。
As an advanced stage of green building and an effective way to achieve building performance,healthy building will gradually become an essential part of the future building development path in the environment of modern medical development and social civilization progress.Especially under the background of“healthy China”strategy and post-epidemic era,the health performance of residential buildings has deeply entered the public's field of vision,and the connotation characteristics of healthy buildings have also shown diversified characteristics.Based on the development of healthy building and the discrimination of its meaning,this paper analyzes the related literatures of healthy buildings in CNKI and WOS database by CiteSpace.This paper objectively sorts out the scientific mapping knowledge domain of domestic and foreign scholars in the field of healthy building,then explores the evolution law of key problems in the field of healthy building in recent years,finally refines and summarizes several important problems in the research field of healthy building at this stage.It is found that the current research on healthy buildings mainly focuses on the comparison and interpretation of standards,the impact of indoor environment on physiological health,and how to reduce the negative impact of environment on health.In the future research,the refinement and individuation of healthy buildings will become the focus,such as studying the special health requirements of different building types and the special health needs of people of different ages,and from reducing the negative impact of the environment to promoting the positive impact of health,etc.
