摘要
借助管理学的SWOT分析方法对"00后"大学生的创新创业教育进行分析,得出结论为:针对"00后"大学生群体开展创新创业教育的优势在于政策支持,劣势在于课程建设,机会表现在部分高校的"应用型"定位及"互联网+"时代的来临,挑战源于政策落实以及教育评估的短期化。因而,以开放式、协作式理念与国际创新创业教育体系接轨,培养学生自主学习的能力,完善协同教育机制,强调"长期性、软件性"的教育考评导向,彰显创业反哺机制的榜样效应。
By employing SWOT analysis in management of post-00 s college students’innovation and entrepreneurship education,the paper concludes that the advantage of such education lies in policy support,that its disadvantage is in curriculum construction,that its opportunities are embodied in the application-oriented position of some universities and the arrival of internet+era,and that its challenges are in the implementation of policy and the short term of education evaluation.Therefore,such colleges and universities need to get in line with international innovation and entrepreneurship education system with an open and collaborative idea,to cultivate students’autonomous learning abilities,to improve collaborative education mechanism,to emphasize a long-term,software-based education evaluation orientation and to highlight the model effect of entrepreneurship and nurturing mechanism.
