摘要
自2007年实施以来,大学生创新创业计划(以下简称"大创计划")作为"高等学校本科教学质量与教学改革工程"重点建设项目,在推动高校"双创"教育教学改革,改革人才培养模式,强化学生创新创业实践,培养适应国家建设所需要的高水平创新创业人才等方面取得了一定的成果。当前发展过程中遇到选题、师资和平台建设的挑战,教育部、省级教育行政单位和高校层面也采取了开设课程、出台政策、搭建平台等多样举措来应对。将"大创计划"与教学活动和其他人才培养计划相结合,利用新媒体搭建多层次交流平台,组织"双创"活动,大力发展信息化管理平台将是"大创计划"的发展趋势。
Since its implementation in 2007,the Students’Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program,as a key construction project of"Higher Education Undergraduate Teaching Quality and Teaching Reform Project",has made great achievements in promoting the teaching reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,strengthening students’innovation and entrepreneurship practice,and cultivating high-level innovation and entrepreneurship talents to meet the needs of national construction.At present,there are many challenges in the development,such as topic selection,supervisor pool and platform construction.At the level of the Ministry of Education,provincial education administrative units and universities,various measures have been taken into practice,such as setting up innovation and entrepreneurship courses,introducing policies and building platforms.It will be the development trend to embed Students’Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program with teaching activities and education programs,build multi-level communication platform by using new media,organize activities,and develop information management platform.
