摘要
结构风工程涉及流体力学、空气动力学、结构工程和工程管理等多学科交叉领域。该文通过构建多学科交叉理论知识体系、指导教师团队和指导制度、多方式互补科研环境、多层次学术交流平台和校企联合培养模式等措施,探究多学科交叉研究生拔尖创新人才培养模式,重点探究了多学科交叉融合研究生拔尖人才培养机制。
Structural wind engineering is an interdisciplinary field involving fluid mechanics,aerodynamics,structural engineering and engineering management.This study explores the cultivation mode of top-notch innovative talents for interdisciplinary postgraduates by constructing the research contents including multidisciplinary theoretical knowledge system,instructor team and guidance system,multi-mode complementary scientific research environment,multi-level academic exchange platform and school-enterprise joint training mode.It focuses on the mechanism of cultivating top-notch talents for graduate students with interdisciplinary integration.
