摘要
人才是中医药发展的第一资源;创新是引领发展的第一动力。中药化学是中药学专业核心课程之一,以新时代中医药人才创新培养为目标。该文提出在中药化学课程中融入中医药思维培养、科研思维培养、创新创业教育,以促进中药学创新型人才培养,以期提高中药学专业人才科学研究能力、自主创新能力,推动中医药高质量人才队伍建设。
Talent is the first resource for the development of traditional Chinese medicine,and innovation is the first driving force for the development.TCM chemistry is one of the core courses of TCM major,aiming at the innovative training of TCM talents in the new era.This paper proposes to integrate traditional Chinese medicine thinking training,scientific research thinking training,innovation and entrepreneurship education into the course of traditional Chinese medicine chemistry to promote the cultivation of innovative talents in traditional Chinese medicine,with a view to improving the scientific research ability and independent innovation ability of traditional Chinese medicine professionals,and promoting the construction of high-quality talents in traditional Chinese medicine.
