摘要
该文在研究项目管理教学模式的基础上,介绍了上海市普陀区人民医院以项目管理的方式进行诊断学教学的过程。同时结合医院师生实际情况,对项目管理的五个基本过程在教学中的运用分别做了详细的阐述,并通过具体实践,进一步肯定了该教学管理模式的作用,最后总结了医院在教学过程中所取得的经验成果。
On the basis of studying the teaching mode of project management,this paper introduces the implementation process of teaching diagnostics in the way of project management in People’s Hospital of Putuo District of Shanghai.At the same time,combined with the actual situation of teachers and students in the hospital,this paper expounds in detail the application of the five basic processes of project management in teaching,further affirms the role of the teaching management mode through specific practice,and finally summarizes the experience and achievement obtained by the hospital in the teaching process.
