摘要
实训教学在高职院校各个专业的课程体系中所占比重较大,实训项目的开发对提高实训教学质量影响较大。为了将课程内容与职业技能标准对接、教学过程与生产过程对接,该文从当前物流管理专业实训项目开发存在的问题出发,按照以学习成果为导向的教育理念,围绕“为什么要学—学什么—怎么学—学的效果如何”这一主线,结合企业对岗位的技能和能力要求、工作内容和考核方式,探索研究实训项目开发的一般方法,并在物流管理核心专业课程的实训教学进行实践,为物流管理专业课程的实践教学体系改革提供必要的支持。
Practical training teaching occupies a large proportion in the curriculum system of various majors in higher vocational colleges,and the development of practical training projects has a great impact on improving the quality of practical training teaching.In order to connect the course content with the professional vocational standard,and also the teaching process with the production process,this paper starts from the problems existing in the developing of the practical training project of logistics management major,according to the educational OBE concept and focuses on the main line of“why to learn-what to learn-how to learn-what’s the learning result”,combines the skill and ability requirements of the post in the enterprise,the work content and the assessment method,explores the general method of the developing practical training project,and practices it in the practical teaching of the core course of logistics management,so as to provide the necessary support for the reform of the practical teaching system of the professional course of logistics management major.
