摘要
进行绩效管理课程教学改革,是人力资源管理专业大学生人才培养的现实要求。体验式教学是绩效管理课程教学改革的创新性探索。在绩效管理课程教学实践中,存在案例选取的选择性偏差、教学方法合理运用和教学成果评估三大难点。基于体验式教学的理论和实践,分析体验式教学在绩效管理课程中应用的难点,提出优化建议:一是以实践为导向优化教学内容,二是以学生参与为导向丰富课堂教学形式,三是以教学效果为导向抓好教学前、中、后管理。
Reforming the teaching of performance management courses is a practical requirement for cultivating talent for college students majoring in human resource management.Experiential teaching is an innovative exploration of the teaching reform of performance management courses.In the teaching practice of performance management course,there are three major difficulties:selection bias in case selection,reasonable application of teaching methods and evaluation of teaching results.Based on the theory and practice of experiential teaching,this paper analyzes the difficulties in the application of experiential teaching in performance management courses and proposes optimization suggestions:firstly,optimize teaching content with practice as the guide,secondly,enrich classroom teaching forms with student participation as the guide,and thirdly,focus on pre,middle,and post teaching management with teaching effectiveness as the guide.
