摘要
大庆油田聚合物驱后,低初始黏度调堵体系所用交联助剂长期以来以氧化—还原滴定作为主要的检测手段,但不适用于多组分混合助剂。因此开展了油田调剖交联助剂混合组分含量分析方法的研究,采用紫外线吸收光谱——原子发射光谱(UV-ICP)联合分析与简单的酸—碱滴定结合,利用常用光谱分析的方法,以实现有机—无机混合组分交联助剂的精准检验。通过对所选取的交联助剂试样进行检测分析,结果表明,稳定剂R平均相对误差为1%~3%,碱金属阳离子的平均误差可控制在5%左右,多元络合有机酸通过计算得到理论值与实际浓度的相对误差为0.9%。通过该方法可实现交联助剂混合组分含量的测定,极大地节省了检测所需时间成本,检测结果精度也得到了有效保证。
After adopting polymer flooding in Daqing Oilfield,the oxidation-reduction titration has long been the main detection method of crosslinking agent for the low initial viscosity profile control and plugging system,but it is not suitable for the multi-component mixing agents.Therefore,the research on the analysis method of the mixed component content of crosslinking agent for profile control in the oilfield has been carried out.The analysis of ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy and atomic emission spectroscopy(UV-ICP)combined with simple acid-base titration,and the common spectral analysis methods were used to achieve accurate inspection of organic and inorganic mixed component of crosslinking agent.Through detection and analysis for the selected samples of crosslinking agent,the results showed that the average relative error of the stabilizer was from 1%to 3%,and the average error of alkali metal cations could be controlled at about 5%.The relative error between the calculated theoretical value and the actual concentration of the multi-complex organic acid was 0.9%.The method could realize the determination of the mixed component content of crosslinking agent,which greatly saves the time and cost required for the detection,and the accuracy of the detection could be effectively guaranteed.
