摘要
数字经济已发展为驱动经济增长的新动能。本文从数字经济的内涵及其测度出发,总结了数字经济对经济发展的影响:(1)从要素投入方面,大数据、人工智能等数字技术的发展缓解了企业的融资约束,同时衍生出大批新产业新岗位,刺激企业不断进行技术创新,改善生产效率;(2)从经济产出方面,数字经济发展改革了传统消费方式,也为各类投资、贸易等经济活动提供了便捷的信息交流平台;(3)从社会发展方面,数字技术赋能风险预测,显著提升公共安全事件的治理效率。同时,数字金融发展缩小了城乡收入差距。最后,本文对未来数字经济的研究提出三点展望:加紧丰富数据作为新生产要素的理论研究;建立统一的数字经济规模测算体系;补充完善相关发展政策。
Digital economy has become a new driving force for economic growth.Starting from the connotation and measurement of digital economy,This paper summarizes the impact of digital economy on economic development:(1)in terms of factor investment,the development of digital technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence alleviates the financing constraints of enterprises,and derives a large number of new industries and new jobs,which stimulates enterprises to continuously carry out technological innovation and improve production efficiency;(2)In terms of economic output,the development of digital economy has reformed the traditional consumption mode and provided a convenient information exchange platform for various economic activities such as investment and trade;(3)In terms of social development,digital technology enables risk prediction,which significantly improves the governance efficiency of public security events.At the same time,the development of digital finance has narrowed the income gap between urban and rural areas.Finally,this paper puts forward three prospects for the future research of Digital Economy:stepping up the theoretical Research of enriching data as a new production factor;Establishing a unified digital economy scale measurement system;Supplementing Improve relevant development policies.
