摘要
在“防风险、稳增长”的宏观政策背景下,数字经济如何提升经济韧性是一个值得研究的重要问题。为此,文章在测度2008~2020年中国280个地级及以上城市的经济韧性及数字经济发展水平的基础上,从产业集聚的视角实证探讨了数字经济对经济韧性的影响。研究结果表明:数字经济及其两个维度显著地提高了经济韧性。在选取历史数据作为工具变量、进行系统GMM估计等一系列稳健性检验后结论依然成立。此外,由于生产性服务业集聚和制造业集聚水平的不同,数字经济对经济韧性的积极影响存在非线性效应,且两产业协同集聚对数字经济与经济韧性之间的正向关系具有增强型的调节作用;异质性分析发现,数字经济对城市化阶段、胡焕庸线以东和产业政策支持力度大的城市的促进效果更明显;作用机制分析表明,提高绿色创新水平、激发市场需求和促进创业是数字经济实现提高经济韧性的重要机制。
Under the macro-policy background of“preventing risks and stabilizing growth”,how the digital economy can enhance the economic resilience of cities is an issue worth studying.To this end,based on measuring the economic resilience and digital economy development level of 280 prefecture-level and above cities in China from 2008 to 2020,the article empirically explores the impact of digital economy on the economic resilience of cities from the perspective of industrial synergistic agglomeration.The results of the study show that the digital economy and its three dimensions significantly improve the economic resilience of cities.The conclusion still holds after a series of robustness tests such as selecting historical data as instrumental variables and conducting systematic GMM estimation.In addition,due to the different levels of productive service industry agglomeration and manufacturing industry agglomeration,there is a non-linear effect of the positive impact of digital economy on urban economic resilience,and the synergistic agglomeration of the two industries has an enhanced moderating effect on the positive impact of digital economy on urban economic resilience;The heterogeneity test suggests that the digital economy has a more pronounced promotional effect on the cities with a higher stage of urbanization,east of the Hu line,and strong policy support;The analysis of the mechanism of action shows that the digital economy affects urban economic resilience by improving the level of green innovation,stimulating market demand and promoting entrepreneurship.
