摘要
按照IEC 60099-4:2014标准规定,配网用金属氧化物避雷器的能量吸收能力应采用8/20μs波形的雷电冲击电流进行考核,GB/T 11032—2010标准规定采用方波冲击电流进行考核。本文分别对两个系列的金属氧化物电阻片进行方波冲击电流耐受试验和8/20μs雷电冲击电流试验,记录试验前后参考电压数值、波形及残压数值,并对数值、波形进行分析、比对,证实不同系列的金属氧化物电阻片对方波冲击电流和8/20μs雷电冲击电流的响应特性不同,提出配网用避雷器应采用8/20μs雷电冲击电流进行考核,拟修订的GB/T 11032标准应参照IEC 60099-4:2014标准对相关条款进行修订。
According to the IEC 60099-4: 2014 standard,the energy absorption capacity of the metal oxide surge arrester for power distribution system should be evaluated by the lightning impulse current of 8/20 μs waveform,while the GB/T 11032—2010 standard specifies the square wave impulse current for evaluation. In this paper,the square wave impulse current test and the 8/20 μs waveform lightning impulse current test were carried out on the two series of metal oxide varistor respectively. The reference voltage parameters,waveforms and residual voltage values before and after the test were recorded. The values and waveforms were analyzed and compared,the result confirmed that the response were different when the square wave impulse current and the 8/20 μs waveform lightning impulse current were applied on different metal oxide varistor,therefore the lightning arrester for power distribution system should be evaluated according to the energy withstand result of 8/20 μs waveform lightning impulse current and therelevant terms in GB/T 11032 standardshall be revised according to the IEC 60099-4: 2014 standard.
