摘要
本试验在单因素的基础上,选取挤压温度、螺杆转速、物料含水、模孔孔径和真空度5个因素为自变量,以总油提取率为响应值,通过SAS 9.2进行响应面试验设计,确定了最佳提油率下的真空挤压膨化参数,结果表明:套筒温度为87℃、真空度为-0.067 MPa、模孔孔径为22 mm、螺杆转速为91 r/min、物料含水率为16%,总油提取率可达到93.87%,比传统的湿热预处理后酶解的总油提取率提高了约21%,利用响应面分析方法对水酶法提取大豆油真空挤压膨化预处理工艺参数进行了优化,建立了相应的数学模型为以后的中试以及工业化生产提供理论基础。
Based on single-factor experiments,five experimental factors:extrusion temperature,rotatory speed,moisture,die diameter,and particle size,were selected as independent variables to evaluate in the study.The response value was oil extraction rate,employing RSM design programmed by SAS software,and the optimized parameters were generated as follows:barrel temperature of 87℃,the vacuum degree of-0.067 MPa,die diameter 22 mm,screw speed 91 r/min material moisture content of 16%,the total oil extraction rate of 93.87%;Compared with traditional hot and humid pretreatment,total oil extraction rate of enzymatic hydrolysis increased by about 21%.The response surface analysis method aqueous enzymatic extraction of soybean oil vacuum extrusion pretreatment process parameters were optimized to establish a corresponding mathematical model for future pilot plant test and provide a theoretical basis for industrial production.
