熔合吉金:论陕西出土五件青铜器的铸接

On the Cast-on Process in Bronze Manufacture:Five Pieces Bronzes Unearthed at Shaanxi Province

摘要 铸接工艺是商周时期中原泥范块范法铸造青铜技术体系下,生产大型和复杂青铜器的唯有手段,发明于二里头晚期,勃兴于二里冈阶段。本文分析了陕西出土的五件具有时代代表性的青铜器的铸接工艺,时代从中商时期到秦,尽管技术手段各异,但它们都符合中原青铜器生产传统,成为认识和理解古代青铜艺术和技术的一个新角度。 The Cast-on process,an only way to produce the large-scale and sophisticated bronze in shape,had been invented in late Eelitou Culture around 17 th century BCE and developed in the Erligang Phase about late 17 th century to 15 th century BCE.This paper discusses the ingenious cast-on process for five bronzes unearthed in Shaanxi represented different stages from Middle Shang to the Qin Dynasty,the 15 th century BCE to 3 rd century BCE,try to deeply understand bronze art and bronze technology in ancient China through opening out the foundry technology and its tradition in ancient China which differs far from bronze manufacture in other civilizations.
