计及停电损失的风-柴-储系统优化配置 被引量:1

摘要 针对风-柴-储型独立微电网中分布式电源规划问题,搭建一种缺额电量分段式停电损失费用计算模型。综合考虑投资成本、运行成本、维护成本以及停电损失费用,建立了一种适用计及停电损失费用的风-柴-储型独立微电网分布式电源优化配置模型,以风力发电机、柴油发电机、储能装置安装数量等为优化变量,并考虑风力发电机约束、柴油发电机及储能装置运行约束,采用粒子群算法对所建立线性模型进行求解。结果表明,所建模型能够同时兼顾经济性与供电可靠性。最后,分析了柴油发电机燃料成本对独立运行微电网分布式电源配置的影响。 Aiming at the problem of distributed power supply planning in isolated microgrid with wind power,diesel power and battery,a calculation model of power outage cost based on shortage of electricity were established.Considering comprehensively the investment cost,operation cost,maintenance cost and power outage cost,a optimal allocation model for microgrid distribution is established,which took into account the cost of power outage loss.In this model,the number of wind turbines,diesel generators and energy batter devices were taken as optimization variables,and the constraints of wind turbines,diesel generators and energy storage devices was taken into account.Particle swarm optimization(PSO)were used to solve the linear model.The results show that the proposed model can give consideration to both economy and power supply reliability.Finally,the influence of fuel cost of diesel generators on the configuration of distributed generators in microgrid operating independently is analyzed.
