摘要
近年来我国轨道交通行业的迅猛发展带来了相关专业人才培养的迫切需求。高职院校作为人才培养的主力军,承担着培养轨道交通专业应用型人才的重担。如何顺应行业发展,积极服务于企业,培养出优秀的复合型人才成为学校当下工作的重中之重。文章以校企合作为背景,从专业教学设置、师资队伍建设及校企合作角度研究与探索目前国内高职院校轨道交通装备制造专业人才培养过程中存在的问题及对应策略,对启发高职院校培养社会所需的高素质应用型人才,适应国家轨道交通快速发展的需求有着重大意义。
The rapid development of China’s rail transit industry in recent years has brought about the urgent need for the training of relevant professionals.Higher vocational colleges,as the main force of personnel training,bear the burden of training applied talents in rail transit specialty.How to adapt to the development of the industry,actively serve enterprises,and cultivate excellent compound talents has become the top priority of the school’s current work.Based on cooperation between schools and enterprises,this paper studies and explores the problems and corresponding strategies in the process of training professional personnel in rail transit equipment manufacturing in higher vocational colleges.It is of great significance to inspire higher vocational colleges to cultivate high-quality applied talents needed by the society and adapt to the needs of the rapid development of national rail transit.
